wednesday.
bcoz 12th rest day will come on the 108th day.so 108 days=15 weeks+3 days..3 days means monday,tuesday and wednesday so the ans is wednesday..

Ans :- Wednesday
It will be a series First rest will be after 8 days means on Tuesday and after that next will be on Thursday, similarly every time there will be a gap of one day( in 7 days name) and now you can calculate the 12th rest day by the series...

Let days be numbered 1234567 for MTWThFSaSu respectively.
1st rest day is T ie 2
2nd rest day is Th ie 4 and so on to form a series.
The rest days falls on 246135724613572461357...so on.
The 12th digit in above series is 3 i.e. WEDNESDAY !

ans is wednesday
it follow ap series 2,4,6.............upto 12th term
so 12 th term is a+(n-1)d =24
24/7 remainder is 3 so at at place 3 wednesday comes.(m-1,t-2,w-3,t-4,f-5,s-6,s-7)

Ans is wednesday. As after monday 8th day is again monday, rest day: tuesday; aftr wednesday 8th day is again wednesday and rest day is thursday. So rest days goes like tue->thu->sat... and so on. The 12th day comes out to be Wednesday

his first rest day will come on tuesday. similarly his 2nd,3rd,4th,......and so on rest day will come on wed,thu,friday...... in this way his 12th rest day will fall on SATURDAY

we are asked for 12th rest day so 8*11=88
and we get 11 rest days so 11+88=99
and after workind for 8 days he takes 12th rest day so 99+8+1=108
we have 7 days in a week so 108/7=3
third of week is wednesday

If work start at monday,1st restday is tuesday.
then work start at wednesday,2nd restday is thursday
work start at fri ,3rd restday is sat
work start at sun,4th restday is mon
work start at tue,5th restday is wed
work start at thurs,6th restday is fri
work start at sat,7th restday is sun.
same sequence is repeating so 12th restday is wednesday.{(i.e)8th restday is tue,9th restday is thurs,10th restday is sat,11th restday is mon,"12th RESTDAY IS WEDNESDAY",13th restday is fri,14th restday is sat}
