Case 1: 200/A = Ta = Tb-10......(1)
175/B = Tb........(2)
Case 2: 200/A = Ta'= Tb' = 155/B.....(3)
From (3) we get A/B=200/155
Dividing (2) by (1) and putting A/B=200/155 gives: 200*155/200*175 = Tb-10 / Tb
Solving we get Tb = 87.5 secs Thus, Ta = 87.5 - 10 = 77.5 secs

When A give 20m extra start to B race end at dead heat instead of 10 sec win,
means B travel 20m in 10 sec.
so, for 175m B take 87.5 sec
means A will take 87.5-10=77.5 sec
