He will get his 12th rest day on 108th day
108/7=reminder=3
he started his work on Monday therefore 12th rest day is on Wenesday

as after monday, 8th day is again monday,rest day:tuesday
after wednesday 8th day is again on wednesday and rest day is on Thurday.
so rest days goes like Tues-thurs-sat-....wednesday and so.
i.e., The 12th rest day comes out to be Wednesday

Thursday because 2nd rest on 18th day so 12th rest day in 108 day if counting from starting it becomes thursday

so no of odd days=(108-1)/7=2
so 12th rest day is wednesday...

The answer is Wednesday.

The man started work on Monday for 8 days and rested on Tuesday. He resumed work on Wednesday and took rest the following Thursday. Going by this logic:

The third rest day – Saturday

The fourth rest day – Monday

The fifth rest day – Wednesday

The sixth rest day – Friday

The seventh rest day – Sunday

The eighth rest day – Tuesday

The ninth rest day – Thursday

The tenth rest day – Saturday

The eleventh rest day – Monday

The twelfth rest day – Wednesday
