According to question,The answer is (e) because some fools are riches means some riches are fools and some fools are doctor this proves 1st point. now given that some doctors are fools this implies that other fools are not doctors.

For this type of problems we give some point for a subject and then check the statements.
where some includes that is always takes as 50 and other is 100.
NOw for question we have
50(doctors) and fools(100)
now second
50(fools) and rich(100)
for statement I
we have Rich(50) and doctor(100), in this rich is possible as rich have max 100 point but doctor have only 50 points in given statement, that is not true.
Now II statement
fools(50) and not doctor(100) i.e. doctor(50)
that is possible hence statement II is ture.

I am beginner at this, please correct if I am wrong.

d is the right answer because the statement state's that some of the doctor are fool there is no certainty that all doctors are rich and there can be a chance that a fool can also be a doctor
