Monday....then thursday will be on 4th..11..18..25..sundays be on 7,14,21,28..exactly four sundays four thursdays

(i)sun-4,mon-4,tue-4,wed-4,thu-4,fri-3 or 5,sat-3 or 5
(ii)thu-4,fri-4,sat-4,sun-4,mon-3or5,tue-3or5,wed-3or5
Lets check through option,
sun=1,8,15,22,29 jan ... which is not satisfies // wrong
Mon=1,8,15,22,29 jan,,,This satisfy option(ii) with thu-4,fri-4,sat-4,sun-4,mon-5,tue-5,wed-5

Ans:Monday

If a month of 31 days starts with monday. Then There will be 5 Mondays, 5 Tuesdays, and 5 wednesdays.. Similarly if that same month starts with tuesdays, then there will be 5 tuesdays, 5 wednesdays and 5 5 thursdays..
Hence the answer is monday..
