60/v=4+r;
60/2v=r-2;
v=5km/hr;

Let Sheelas speed be x,
If time taken by reeni is t then time taken by sheela will be t+4,
Applying distance formula for sheela,
60 = x (t+4)
Now if sheela doubles her speed i.e. 2x
She takes 2 hours less than reeni i.e. t-2
Applying distance formula,
60 = 2x (t-2)
t = 30/x + 2
Putting value of t in previous equation,
60 = x (30/x +2 +4)
60 = x (30/x +6)
60/x - 30/x = 6
30 = 6x
x = 5km/hr
Sheelas speed = 5km/hr
