case 1: one person gets nothing
Ways of choosing one person=3c1
ways of distributing 7 items between 2 people is 2^7
but it also contains a case where B and C doesnt gets anything
therefore no. of ways=2^7-2

case 2:
Two person doesnt get anything
hence no of ways=3

Therefore total ways=3c1(2^7-2)+3=378+3=381

Answer is 381
