since no 423 is multiple of 3 hence required no is also divided by 3 from which 2nd and 4th option satisfied but the required no is not contain hence 2nd is correct ans =60489

simply go from given answer. check each number by dividing 423. option 2 will give an answer without decimals. so that is the answer. 60489

Go from option 60489 is divided by 423 ....
423*143=60489

Clearly its a question of divisibility criteria.Observing the no for its factors one can clearly see its one of a factor is 9(as the sum of digits is 9). now adding 6+?+?+8+9=15+?+?. so the sum of the right figures must be 4 so that the total sum of digits become 18(a factor of 9). looking at options only 60489 fulfill this criterion. so correct ans=60489
