8192/4*(t+14)=13862/4*t
8192*(t+14)=13862*t yields the same result
t=20.2272 minutes = about 20 min 14 sec

In every min, Printer B will print 5670 characters extra. It is lagging behind printer A by 8192*14 characters.

It will cover this gap in 8192*14/5670 mins or approx 23 mins. So at 7:52 both will have same no of words printed .

here we take (t+14) because we are having the time difference 14 (i.e 7.29-7.15)

A started 14 min before B started printing.
so A can print (14*8192 characters) *(1/4) words.
B can print faster than A. (so here u can apply relative motion like method. )
B can print 5670/4 words more than A every min .
so, B will take (8192/4)*14 / (5670/4) mins to print same number of words as A

X=21.28min
21min 29 sec
7:29+0:21:29
=7:50:29
