15 men or 24 women or 36 boys can do a work in 12 days working 8 hours a day
=> 15 * 12 * 8 man hours = 24 * 12 * 8 woman hours = 36 * 12 * 8 boy hours
=> 15 man hours = 24 woman hours = 36 boy hours
=> 5 man hours = 8 woman hours = 12 boy hours

To do the piece of work in 2 14 times the earlier one, man hours required
= 15 * 12 * 8 * 94

If N men alone completes this work in 30 days working 6 hours a day,
N * 30 * 6 = 15 * 12 * 8 * 94
=> N = 18
It means, 18 men can complete the new work in 30 days working 6 hours a day

Now get the rations
1 woman = 58 man
1 boy =512 man

12 women and 6 boys = 12 * 58 + 6 * 512 = 10 men
Additional men required = 18 - 10 = 8

Required number of men = 8
