9 men and 6 women will finish a work in 5 days, similarly 3 men and 15 women can finish the same work in 10 days .

so 45 men + 30 women = 30 men +150 women
15 men = 120 women
1 man = 8 women
9 men = 72 women
9 men + 6 women = 78 women
9 men +10 women = 82 women.
78 women complete work in 5 days
82 women will complete work in 5*78/82 = 5*39/41 = 195/41 days
