Answer is : c) Daughter

This is a kind of a riddle where answer is hidden in the question itself.
We used to play with these kind of things in our childhood.

Let X be the successor,
X's father is (father's son) me.
That implies X should be my son/daughter.
Further it says, I don't have son, that means X should be my daughter, the only left option.

Niece and nephew are respectively daughter and son of one's sibling or in law sibling. (So they don't come into picture here)
