M+K =2S
M+K+30= 98
M+K=68
S= 68/2=34 yrs

if u consider aamir's present age as Am and Akshay's age as Ak ans Saif's age as s
then seven years before the equation should be
(Am-7)+(Ak-7)=2(S-7)......1
so,Am+Ak=2S
now after 15 years
(Am+15)+(Ak+15)=98
Am+Ak=68....2
so from equations 1&2
s=34

let amir age =x,akshay=y, saif=z
7 years ago... (x-7)+(y-7)=2z
i.e, x+y-14=2z
15 years hence... means after 15 yrs..
(x+15)+(y+15)=98
x+y=68
substitute (x+y) value in eqn x+y-14=2z
we wil get.. z=27 :) :)

27 trs ago, age of saif must be 27.
now 34
after 15 yrs 49 yrs.

the combined ages of Amir and Akshay will always be twice that of Saif.

mena Seven years ago, the combined ages of Amir and Akshay was twice that of Saif ( at that time).

It is not mentioned that
Seven years ago, the combined ages of Amir and Akshay was twice that of Saif ( Present age).

If statement is

Seven years ago, the combined ages of Amir and Akshay was twice that of Saif ( Present age).

then your approach is correct.

Solution Given by Garima and Trisha is correct. ( Ans 34 yrs).

But Prachi has done a good job to match the answer.

Check this one also :-)

Ques: We know that 2/10=0.2

but

Prove that 2/10=2

Ans : :

2=two,
10=ten.

therefore Two/Ten = Two/Ten = wo/en. (cancelling T from Numerator & denominator)

w=23, (serial number in alphabet)
o=15,
e=5,
n=14.

therefore

w+o=23+15=38
&
e+n=5+14=19

Therefore wo/en=38/19= 2.

Hence Proved

Yes,the right answer is 27.

(Am-7)+(Ak-7)=2*S
or Am + Ak =2S + 14
and (Am+15) + (Ak+15) = 98
or Am + Ak = 68
equating both equations,we get
S = 27 yrs

x-7+y-7=2z
x+15+y+15=98 ->x+y=68
.'.z=54/2=27

aamir's present age x and Akshay's age y ans Saif's age s
then seven years before the equation should be
(x-7)+(y-7)=2(S-7)......1
so,x+y=2S
now after 15 years
(x+15)+(y+15)=98
x+y=68....2
so from equations 1&2
s=34

Let combined age of akshay nd amir is x
And present age of saif is =y
Equation for 1st line
X-14 = 2*(y-7)......eq(1)
Equation for 2nd line
X+30=98.....eq(2)
After solving ....value of x=68
Nd y = 34 ....so present age of saif is 34 yr ....

first eq
(amir-7)+(akshay-7)=2(saif-7),
second eq
(akshay+15)+(amir+15)=98
from second equation
akshay+amir=68
substitute the above eq in first eq
we get saif=34yrs
