N = (A^2)*B*C
Assuming A , B, C are prime numbers we get ,
NUMBER OF FACTORS ON N = (2+1)*(1+1)*(1+1)= 12

So, correct answer is a)12

N.B.: Though in the problem statement , is not explicitly mentioned that A , B, C are distinct PRIME NUMBERS ,but unless we ASSUME this condition on A ,B , C
then the problem can't be solved.So the above solution involves this mentioned and of course necessary assumption.
