ans is 48
firstly two equation from 1st sentence ..
suppose roy=x, erik=y, lewis=z
so x=y+4....(1)
2nd is x=z+2...(2) (Roy is now 4 year older than Erik and half of that amount than Lewis so 4/2=2)
also after 2 years erik and roy relation wil b
x+2=2(y+2).. (3)
so put this into 1st equ. u will get y=2..
and then x=6,z=4(by substituting other)
nw asking multiplication after two years of roy n lewis is (6+2)*(4+2)=48..

Let age of Roy,Erik & Lewis be R,E & L respectively
According to condition R=4+E=L/2 --(i) and R+2=2(E+2)=>R=2E+2 --(ii)
Comparing (i) & (ii) for R, we get E=2, So R=6 and L=12
In two years R=8 and L=14, therefore R*L=8*14=112

let roy,erik,lewis age are A,B& C
by 1st sentence A=B+4
by 2nd sentence (A+2)=2(B+2) and C=2A by solvind it we get A=6 B=2 & c=12
and after two years A*C=8*14=112

lewis=2x+8
x+6=2x+4

here it is said that roy's age amoutns to half the age of lewis....
then mr raj, how are u adding 2 yrs to the age of roy to get lewis' age????

let age of erik be x yrs,
then age of rahul is x+4 yrs
x+4+2=2*(x+2)-------------(1)
=>x=2
let age of lewis be y,
y=2*(x+4)---------(2)
y=12
roy's present age is 6yrs and of lewis is 12 yrs
two yrs hence age of roy=8yrs
" " " " " lewis=12+2=14 yrs
hence the product of their ages is 8*14=112 yrs....

L,R,E be ages of Lewis,Roy,Eric...
R=E+4 ---(1)
and also given R=((E+4)/2)+L ---(2)
after 2 years R+2=2E ----(3)

from (1) and (3) => E+4+2=2E =>E=6
substitute E in (1)=> R=10
substitute L,R in (2)=> 10=((6+4)/2)+L
=>L=5

so multiplication of L and R after two years=(10+2)*(5+2)=20*10=200..

r=e+4/2+l-------(2)
now,after 2 years
r+2=2(e+2)-----(3)
from(1)and(3)
e=2
so,r=6,
and l=3
therefore in 2years r*y=(6+2)(3+2)=40

r=e+4....(1)
r=e+4/2+y ...(2)
in two years
r+2=2(e+2)
r=2e+2...(3)
from (1)
2e+2=e+4
e=2
from (3)
r=6
from (2)
6=6/2+y
y=3
y*r=3*6
=18
