7 balls are green and sum is less then 13
so red balls can be atleast 1
or atmost can be 5
7 green & 5 red
the sum will be then 13
so 5 is the ans

it is asking at most red ball then it should be 11 and green ball can be 1 bcoz sum is less then 13.

Is there a mistake in this question?? Bcoz it is given
R+B+G = 20 -> eq1
G=7(given) -> eq2
B+R 1ess than 13 -> eq3
Sub 2 in 1 we get, R+B=13 ( Here it is clear that sum of red and blue should be 13)
In eq 3 it is said that the sum of Blue and red is less than 13 which means the sum of R&B should be 12...
