A and B should be adjacent , so A and B taken together. 2!
C should be adjacent to A or B. So (AB) and C taken together. 2!2!
D should be adjacent to A,B or C. SO ((AB)C) and D taken together. 2!2!2!
E should be adjacent to A,B,C or D. SO (((AB)C)D) and E taken together. 2!2!2!2!
F should be adjacent to A,B,C or D. SO ((((AB)C)D)E) and F taken together. 2!2!2!2!2! = 32 ways

A can sit in 6ways first.B can sit 2 ways if A sits in other than extreme ends,C has 2 ways and so on
Hence 6*2*2*2*2*1=196ways
If a sits in one of the extreme ends A can sit in 2 ways and the remaining persons can sit in 1 ways each hence 2 ways
so total 198 ways
