according to the given letters
first arrangement considering
AI gives an option of filling up the other positions in 4!=24 ways
next we consider the letter that comes immediately after I so that is L
we fix it this way A L I as this would be the first choice then we 3!=6 ways of filling up the rest of the positions..
So we have reached the 30th positon..
next we consider ALN as the next immediate letter greater than I and then put I in the 4th position that is ALNI now we have 2!=2 ways to fill the rest 2 positions.. So we reach the 32nd position..
Now after ALNI would come ALNO as the other letters have either occupied a position or are greater than O.. After O would come I which is less than T and the last letter would be T..
Hence the answer would be ALNOIT... Its just a basic dictionary implementation..

THE WORD IS "TALION"
AILNOT (ALPHABETICAL)
AI(4!)=24 WAYS
ALI(3!)=6 WAYS
ALNI(2!)=2 WAYS
ALNO(I,T)=1 WAYS
TOTAL 33 WAYS N THE WORD WOULD BE "ALNOIT"...............NAVJYOT

if we arranged alphabetically then it comes AILNOT
NOW we find the word that starts AI are 24 coz reamining word(TLON) arrange in 4!
NOW we find THE word that starts from ALI are 6 coz reamining word(NOT) arrange . in 3!
now we find the word that starts with from ANIL ARE 2
TOTAL WE RAECHED 24+6+2=32
NOW 33 words will be AOILNT
AOILNT is the answer
