S do 40% in 12 days
R+S do 60% in 12 Days
as S do 40% therefore R will do 20%
So S:R=2:1
therefore S is 100% efficient

whereas Ravi can complete work in 60 days.

So Sastry is 2 times efficient as compared to Ravi
so Sastry is 100% more efficient than Ravi.

Sastry's 12 days work=40%,So Sastry's 1 day work in %=40/12=10/3
Remaining work=60%, which is completed in another 12 days
If Ravi's 1 day work=1/R, then 12(10/3 + 1/R)=60 -> 1/R=5/3
The ratio Sastry/Ravi=(1/S)/(1/R)=(10/3)/(5/3)=2
This means Sastry is double or 100% more efficient than Ravi

shastri takes 30 days
ravi takes 60 days

shastri/ravi=1/2

2*shastri=ravi.

if ravi efficiency is 100%, shastri efficiency is 200%

tell me if am wrong here after calculating i got sastry is 25 and ravi is 10 approx so 15*100/25 = 60 percent
