ANS IS 9
I.E 145=1!+4!+5!=1+24+120
P=1,Q=4, R=5
(Q+R)P=(4+5)1=9

As 7! is 5040 therefore p,q,r < 7 as given pqr is three digit number.
Also P > 0 as pqr is three digit number.

Case1) if p= 6,then 6qr=6!+q!+r!=720+q!+r! Which is not possible as LHS700.
Therefore p is not 6.

Case2) if p= 5,then 5qr=5!+q!+r!=120+q!+r!
Now if q or r is 6 then 5qr is not equal to 120+q!+r!
As 6!=720 which makes LHS
