Since second last digit should be even the arrangement will be as follows **** There are even numbers
The last digit will be arranged by any 2 of the even numbers and second last will be arranged by any one and the remaining 4 digits will be arranged by 5P4 ways
2P1 * 3P1 * 4P1 * 5P1 * 1P1 * 2P1 X3 times because tenth digit can be arranged in 3 ways......
