quantity of spirit after 3 operations= x(1-y/x)^3
=180(1-30/180)^3
=180*5/6*5/6*5/6
=104.16

spirit quantity=a(1-b/a)^n

a=180, b=30, n=2
180(1-30/180)^2=125
water quantity=180-125=55
