Paul start journey by 13:30 and upto that time jack travel 9 Km from that time paul travel only 2km/hr more from Jack. jack will be 3 KM behind paul so total distance is 9=3=12Km
at speed of 2kmph he should take 6hr. so at 13:30+6:00=19:30 jack will be 3KM behind to paul.
