Time difference between places will be 4*(70+10) minutes = 320 min =
5 hrs 20 min
as change of 1 degree in longitude cause change of 4 minutes in time.
and that change is 80 degrees here.
so when plane land. time will be = 2.00 + 10.00 -5.20 = 6.40 a.m.
