Its a leap year equation!! so. in leap year there is 1 month of 29 days !!
6 months of 31 days nd 5 month of 30 days !!! So, 6+5+1=12.....ans..

i leap year 7 months of 31 days ,4 months of 30 days,1 month of 29 days
31*7+29*1+30*4=366,so x+y+z=7+1+4=12

366days are leap year,its first form a type of months,let us take the month of 31 days,and then month of 30 days,finally already known on feb 28 days.
step2:how many 31 days,30 days,28 days
step3:add the all the months
step: get the results
process:
31days=7months
30days=4 months
29days=1months
let us calculate,
(i) 31*7+30*4+29*1=366
217+29+120=366
366=366
(ii)the value of x=7,y=1,z=4
(iii)the answer is 7+1+4=12

it's showing leap year data in which 7 months contain 31 days,1 contain 29 days and 4 months contain 30 days so correct ans. is 7+4+1=12

this question is based on leap year....
a leap year has 6 months of 31 days,1 month of 29 days and 5 months of 30 days...
so 6+1+5=12

in a leap year there are 366 days and feb month has 29 days
and 7 months have 31 days they are jan,mar,may,july,aug,oct
and 4 months have 30 days they are apr,junt,sep,nov
so the equ becomes 31*7+1*29+4*30=366

366 is considered as leap year which has 12 months so x+y+z=12
