Can solved by both statements together,
Parallelogram requires two pairs of parrallel sides
if only one angle is 90 ten it may be kites also
But two angles r 90 ,that means it is sqare,n sqare is parrallelogram

solved by any statement becoz if one angle is 90 then is opposite angle must be 90(oppositeangles are equal in parallogram) then sum of adjecents side angles is equal to 180.

both statements are required because quadrilateral is just a closed figure comprised of 4 sides ...there is no rule regarding angles for quadrilateral .....rules come in existence when the type of quadrilateral is specified,....
