correct option is 3 as by putting different values of x at constant value of k, we get values of y which first increases and then decreases with value of x.

value of Y is decreasing only when value of X is increasing.
So, none of above. eg.
let take k=2 and let vary x=1,2,3....

1)x=1, y=1/1-k=-1
2)x=2, y=2/2-2=0
3)x=10,y=10/8=1.25
4)x=11,y=11/9=1.222
and so on.

ify=x/(x-k) let to be k=1 and x=1,2,3,4,5,,6,7,8,9,,10,11,12,........and so on
x=1 y=1/(1-1)=1/0=undefined
x=2 y=2/(2-1)=2/1=2
x=3 y=3/(3-1)=3/2=1.5
x=4 y=4/(4-1)=4/3=1.33
x=5 y=5/(5-1)=5/4=1.25
x=6 y=6/(6-1)=6/5=1.2 so in my point of view 3rd option is correct y increase then decrease with the value of x.
because if we will see the result down to up

Actually the question was y=(x/x) - k
and the option would be 4 because y has constant value
