simple question
take z as common term in second equation
ie z(x+y)=23
now as 23 is prime no therefore its factors must be 1 and 23.
now as x,y,z is integer no therefore z= 1 as sum of two integer cannot be equal to 1.
=> z= 1 and x + y = 23
therefore x+y+z = 1 + 23 = 24.

23 is a prime number, so that second eqn has less uncertainty.
x+y>2 and 23 is a Prime leads to z=1.
Hence x+y=23 =>y=23-x....(2) putting this eqn in first equation.

(23-x)(x+1)=63
x^2-22x+40=0
(x-2)(x-20)=0
therefore x1=2 , x2=20
y1=21 , y2=3
z=1
x+y+z=(2+21+1)=24 or x+y+z=(20+3+1)=24

therefore 24 is the answer.
