area of quad.=1/2*any diagonal*(sum of 2 perpendiculars which is drawn on that diagona)
so 1/2*7*(4.2+2.1)=22.05

area of trapezium= (1/2)(s1+s2)(h)
=> 0.5 * (4.2+2.1)*7
=>0.5*6.3*7
=22.05 cm^2

bro we have to assume just rough diagram
for my example ab=5 bc=6 cd=4 ac=7 da=5.5 all in cm
draw a rough diagram and mark the given points.
Draw a line segment AB=5cm
With A&B as centre draw arcs of radii at 7cm,6cm
Join AC&BC
With A,C as centre draw a arcs at radii 4cm,5.5cm
Join CD,AD,ABCD is required quadrilateral because we need d,h1,h2
calculation of area

here d=7cm,h1=4.3,h2=3.3

area=1/2d(h1+h2)

=1/2*7*(4.2+2.1)
=1/2*7*6.3
=22.05cm2
