Given. PRAYERS - BSQXRQD
Take 1st 3 letters PRA the succeeding letters for PRA are QSB
For the next 4 letters i.e YERS the preceding letter's are to taken, YERS- XDQR
The word formed is QSBXDQR, now to get the actual decoded word we have to make swapping among 1 & 3, 5 & 7 letters QSBXDQR - BSQXRQD
Apply the same process for EXPORTS
EXP -FYQ ORTS-NQSR.
FYQNQSR - QYFNRSQ
