As there is no loos or no profit in the transaction of of both the houses, so profit earned from first house is mitigated as loss in second house.
Cost Price of first house=75*100/125=60 lakhs, so profit in the first house=75 -60=15 lakhs
As profit of 15 lakhs of first house=20% loss in the second house, so if Cost price of second house=x, then x*20/100=15, x=75 lakhs
