32 km/hr

If the speed of goods train=x km/hr
In 6 hours( upto fast train starts) covers '6x' km.
As the train running behind @ 80 km/hr overtakes the goods train in 4 hours, so the trains coverup the distance of 6x km with relative speed of '80-x' km/hr
Hence 6x/(80-x)=4
On solving x=32

Train running at a speed of 80km/h and it takes 4hrs to over take the goods train.
here total distance covered by train is 80*4=320km.
the good train leaves the station before 6hrs of the normal train
now
the total time taken by the good train to travel 320km distance is 6+4=10hrs
now speed of the goods train is=320km/10hrs= 32km/h
