Let each student get x sweets when 550 students are present, then total sweets= 550x = 525(x+4)
=> 550x = 525x +2100
=> 25x = 2100 or x= 84
So total sweets= 550x or 525(x+4) = 550*84 = 46200

Total students = 550,absent = 25,each child got 4 sweets extra.
Remaining students= 550-25 = 525
Due to absent students each student got 4 sweets extra so 525 students got 525 * 4 = 2100 sweets
2100 sweets are only of 25 students so 2100 / 25 = 84(every student have 84 sweets) So 550 * 84 = 46200(total sweets)
