Any 8 digit number divisible by 4 will be those which end with : 12,24,44,52,32.
First 6 digits can be filled using any 5 digits and last 2 digits can b filled by using above 5 combinations..
therefore required combinations will be : 5*5*5*5*5*5*(3+2)= 5^7.

Any number whose last two digits are divisible by 4 will be divisible by 4.

Any 8 digit number that is divisible by 4 if the last 2 digits is a number i.e divisible by 4.

Examples:

11111124 , 24 is divisible by 4 so this 8 digit number is divisible by 4.

Other examples:

12312312, 12 is divisible by 4

55514244, 44 is divisible by 4

43251152, 52 is divisible by 4

for last two digits there are only 5 pairs 12,24,32,44,52
ther for ans=5*5*5*(5)=125*5=625
