1. to find no of viewers in a city 'who watch less than one movie per week' :
= ((value of column 1)/(100-value of column 1))*(value of column 2)
using it we'll get:
no of viewers watching less than one movie a week for A,B,C,D & E are respectively 3600(=(60/40)*2400),750,13600,3300 and 2400
and now we can answer the questions:

2. (a). city E
3. (b). city D
4. (d). sum= 45250
