let there be x cows,y horses and z chicken....
x+y+z=100
1000x+300y+50z=10000
now,consider the options:
let z=92
50*92=4600
left=5400 which cant satisfy the eqns. for any integer x nd y...
now,let z=94
50*94=4700
left=5300 which satisfy the eqns for x=5 nd y=1..
therefore ans=(b)

He should buy 94 chickens
94 chickens will cost him Rs4700
Amount remaining=Rs 5300 by which he can buy 1 HORSE(Rs.300) and 5 COWS(Rs.500
94+1+5=100(animals).

(94*50)+(5*1000)+(300*1)=10000..
as we get from above number of chicken=94
number of horse=1
number of cow=1000

the ans is 94
because if we multiply 94 with 50 we get 4700
so this amount is somepart, which is possible to
make a digit 10000
i.e
4700+300+5000
so possibility is 94
where the remaining options were not suitable
