Thought Process:
This is how the stones are arranged 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 1 2 3 4 5....(you may imagine them to be in a circle!)
Find nth term of A.P. with common difference=4
Observe that in 1 min fly goes to the 2nd stone, in 2 min it gets to the 3rd stone and so on. So, in 60 mins it will get to the 61st stone.
Find the 61st term of the series. (t->61)=1+60*4=241th stone. Now, since the stones are arranged in cyclic fashion,so we must find the 241 mod 10 (because there are 10 stones!) = 1

As there is a repeating sequence 1,5,9,3,7,1,5,9... Here the repeating sequence is of 5 terms 1,5,9,3,7 so at 60th minute fly reaches 7th stone.

if the stones are in circular manner then the fly is jumping in such a manner-
1->5->9->3->7->1...so the pattern is repeting after every 5 minutes...as 60 is divided by 5 so answer is option c

ans is 1... because for every 10th time v ill be at 1 position so similarly at 60th v ill be at position 1

Since there is a cycle after every 5 minutes so at exactly at 60th minute the fly would be at 7th stepping stone !!!
