(A cycle of handshakes is a sequence of people a1,a2,...,ak, k>2 such that the pairs {a1,a2},{a2,a3},{a(k-1),ak},{ak, a1} shake hands.)

Solution

In random manner maximum number of handshakes = 14*13/2*1 = 91
if persons are arranged in a straight line then no of handshakes = 14-1 = 13
