x/3d=21
3x/3d=24
therefore , (3x/3d)-(x/3d)=24-21=3
3 is ans

a=dx+8
a=3dy+21===>>d(x-3y)=13

x=4,y=1 nd d=13(bcoz of prime)
thrfore,
a=60
2a=120
3d=39

120/39

let quotent be m & n
now md+8=x
3nd+21=x
=>(m-3n)d=13
=>d=13,it cnt be 1 coz if 1 is taken then remainder is 0 so it cnt be possible..
now (m-3n)=1, put values of m,n that satify this.. now find x & d by values dese values nd u get 3 as remainder...

let m=4 & n=1, notes u cn tke any values that satisfy this..
x=60,3d=39

x=yd+8
x=3dz+21
3*first eqn - first eqn
2x=3d(y+z)+3

so remainder is 3
