case 2) 2_4 here all no. / by 2(total 10)
case 3) 3_9 only 3 no. / by 3 i.e 309,339,369,399 (total 4)

so prob. will be 17/30

you are not write complete question.. you forget this line ..repeated digit not allowed in the number..and number is not divisible by 2,3,5

in b/n 2 and 4 eight no can be putted & in between 3 and 9 also eight value can be putted. so sample space is 16.
in case of 2-4 no any value which no divisible by 2,3 and 5,,,,,,,,
in case of 3-9 when putting 1,2,4,5,7,8 not divisible by 2,3 and 5


so ans will be 6/16
