A=(x/100)*y
B=(y/100)*x
both are equal
hence
A=B

answer is e
ex:
let x=50 ,y=30
a=x% of y = 50% of 30 = 15
b=y% of x = 30% of 50 = 15
from that a and b are equal
no matter the values of x,y the values will be a,b is equal
so answer is it must be equal
since there is no option of equal the answer is none of these
