case1- when 2 occurs at thousand's place

thousand place can be filled up by 1 way
hundred place can be filled up by 3/4/5 in 3 ways
remaining 2 place can be filled by 5p2 ways

number of numbers in this case= 1*3*5p2=60

case-2 when anyone of 3,4,5 occurs at thousand place

thousand place can be filled up by 3,4,5 by 3 ways
remaining place can be filled up by 5p3
number of numbers formed in this case
3*5p3=180

required number=180+60=240
