if we check option b, p*log0.9 = q*log .92
p/q = .79 means p=.79q , so b cant be the answer....
only option d is correct.

a cannot be the ans bcoz p & q has to be equal,the question demands p>q. b cannot be the ans bcoz if p is increased 0.9^p decreases and is q is decreased 0.92^q increases.therefore both cannot be equal. The ans is c bcoz if we divide both sides by 0.9 by the rules of inequality, p>q..therefore c is the right ans.

a is not the correct answer, in b if we appply logarithm on both sides then we get p =0.79*q so b is wrong, in d they given P (capital P not small p)and Q (captial Q not small q), so answer is c.
