4 trains
bcs one train taking 3 days
so 1 train first day
another at second day
and 3rd one at third day
but as given train reaches at 9.30 am insted of 9.oo am
so d same day train already left
that train will be 4th train.

I assume that train starts from Bomaby to Asr daily at 9 AM also and reaches Asr at 9.30 AM.after 3 days.
Suppose train leaves Amritsar at 9 AM on Sunday.
It will meet trains coming from Mumbai after every 12 hrs from 9.15 AM.

It seems that question has insufficient data......how one train can meet another train who starts one day after that train...and if question is about some another train meeting to train which is going from amritsar to bombay then time and speed of that train should be given. Please clear that which train starts and from where.....and its speed and time

Ans will be 0 as train on previous day are at distance of 1 day ahead
in same way train leaving on next day is at distance of 1 day beside.

suppose train starts on sunday...then according to question,
sun:1d
mon:2d
tue:3d...but it finnally reaches at 9.30am
before train reaches on destination..again the train start on tue...
so number of train come across is:4

answer will be 4
1st day 9am-1
2nd day 9am-2
3rd day 9am-3
but as given train reaches at 9.30 am insted of 9.oo am next train is
4

answer is 6..since 1st train leaves amr on 1st day & it reaches bombay on 3rd day and again it leaves on 4th day for amr and reaches on 6th day...so here frequency of one train is 6. So we need 6 such trains for everyday service.
