There are Pepsi 1 liter and Oil 1 liter. It is given that 1 spoon of Pepsi is taken and is mixed with Oil. Then 1 spoon mixture is taken and is mixed with Pepsi. Which of the condition holds true.

Solution

Let the size of spoon is x litre
then after first mixing amount of pepsi and oil (in litre)
in the first vessel are (1-x) , 0
in the second vessel are x , 1
and after second mixing amount of pepsi and oil (in litre)
in the first vessel are 1-x+[(x^2/(1+x)] , 0+[x/(1+x)]
in the second vessel are x-[(x^2/(1+x)] 1-[x/(1+x)]
on solving these condition the conclusion obtained is that the amount of oil in the first vessel will be equal to the amount of water in the second vessel and vise versa

as ypur question is which of the condition hold then please mention the conditions also. I mean to say that give options also .............

it depend on the mixture.
if mixture is completely mixed(ideally) then both pots have same mixture of the oil and Pepsi.
otherwise..
oil in first pot(Pepsi pot) is lesser then the Pepsi in the second pot(oil pot).

let the pepsi is in a and oil b..as one spoon is added to oil...the mixture b has now a mixture of oil and pepsi where oil >>> pepsi....now we are taking the mixture out of b ...so in a ..where pepsi is 1 liter ..get mxed with small amout of oil and small amount of pepsi..so in a pepsi >>oil.
