we have to consider the amout of work done also. In the first case x/8 units work is done and in the second case x units of work is done.
m1.d1.t1/w1= m2.d2.t2/w2
so
(x* x/2 * x/4) = y * y * days

so days=x^3/y^2

we have to consider the amout of work done also. In the first case x/8 units work is done and in the second case x units of work is done.
m1.d1.t1/w1= m2.d2.t2/w2
so
(x*x/2*x/4)/(x/8)=(y*y*days)/x
so days=x^3/y^2

As same as x means x/8 unit of work y/8 unit of work
As in case x work in hour is x/2
But in y work in hour is y
So days wil be half of taken by x
So ans is y/2 days

M1 person can do W1 work in D1 days working T1 hour in a days and M2 person can do W2 work in D2 days working T2 hour in a day, then we have
..............M1*D1*T1*W2=M2*D2*T2*W1
