Let M, W , B be man, women, nd boy

M + W + B 's 1 day work = 1/6
M's 1 day work = 1/10
W's 1 day work = 1/24
M + W's 1 day work = 1/10 + 1/24 ==> 34/240 = 17/120

B's 1 day work = (M + W + B) - (M + W)
==========> 1/6 - 17/120 ==> 120 - 102/720
==========>18/720 = 1/40

So boy alone ll finish d work in 40 days

Ans : 40 days

1/10+1/24+1/x=1/6
1/x=1/40

1 day work of B,M,W=100/6= 16.66%
1 day work of man=100/10= 10%
1 day work of woman=100/24= 4.16% then 1 day work of boy= 16.66-(10+4.16)=2.5%
so day taken to complete the total work(100%) = 100/2.5= 40 days

m+w+b=6d
l.c.m of 10,24 is 120
then ,
m=120/10=12
w=120/24=5
m+w=17
m+w+b=120/6=20
17+b=20
b=3
for 3 days boy can do=120/3=40days

man->1/10
woman->1/24
boy->1/x
6(1/10+1/24+1/x)=1
so,x=40
boy takes 40days

Ans:40

Man one day work=1/10
woman one day work=1/24
Man and woman works is=1/10*1/24=34/240
=17/120

Together one day works is=1/6

boy alone works is=>>1/6-17/120=>>120-102/720=>>18/720=1/40

So boy alone works is 40

1/10* 1/24* 1/x = 6 so 240x=6 x=240/6 =40

n 6 days men will do (1/10)*6=6/10=3/5 part of work..
while women will do (1/24)*6=6/24=1/4 part of work
it mens rest of work wil; be done by boy...i:e 1-{(3/5) + (1/4)}=3/20
boy is doing 3/20 work in 6 days
so..........1/20 work .........2 days
now 1 complete work ......2*20=40days
40days is the answer

40 days.efficiency of man=10,efficiency of woman=4.16.total efficiency=16.67.
boys efficiency=16.67-14.16=2.50.no of days taken by boy=100/2.50=40

man's work in one day=10%; woman's work in one day=4.167%
work done by all of three in one day=16.67%
let work done by boy in one day=x%
therefore,10+4.167+x=16.67
so,x=2.5%
boy does same work in 100/2,5=40 days

man+woman+boy=1/6 and man=1/10,woman=1/24 then
1/10+1/24+boy=1/6 then boy=1/6-(1/10+1/24)
1/6-1/120=19/120
then boy can alone do a work in 120/19 day

one day work of M+W+B = 1/6
One day work of M = 1/10
One day work of W= 1/24
1/10 + 1/24 + B = 1/6
B = 1/6-1/10-1/24
= (20-12-5)/120
= 3/120
B = 1/40
Therefore, boy alone take 40 days
