16 ==> 12 * 1 + 4 = 16

So remainder is 4...

12*1=12 ,so to get 16 we'll have to add 4, hence remainder =4.
we cannot simplify this as 16/12= 4/3. therefore, 1 is wrong.

ans will be 4...cz if we are dividing 16/12 by 4...then also we have to multiply it with the same no. by which we have divided

16-12=4

My answer is 4 why because 16/12
12is only one time comes in 16 .The remaining value we get 4
GHOSH said 16/12=4/3 .then remainder is 1
this wrong because according to ur concept u take simplification rather than take multiplication like 16*2/12*2=32/24 we get 8 maths concepts is lots in this apps ,what it is given to find that only.

answer will be 4 .
in remainder theorem ,if we divide the number then we have to multiply with it in the end .
so
if we divide 16/12 with 4 then result is 4/3 and now remainder is 1 . *Note- we first divide it by 4 . So in last we also multiply it by 4
Now remainder 1 will be multiply by 4 . Answer is 1*4= 4 remainder, acc. to remainder theorem.

We generally do this in complex numbers.
