56 + 89 + 33 + 21 = 199
57 + 88 + 35 + 19 = 199
60 + 85 + 30 + x = 199
=> x = 199 - 175 => x = 24

thus actual groups are
(56,89,33,21),(57,89,35,19),(60,85,30,x)
56 + 89 + 33 + 21 = 199
57 + 89 + 35 + 19 = 200 i.e. previous + 1
60 + 85 + 30 + x = previous + 1 i.e. 201
x = 201 - 175 => x = 26

so the value shoulb be 26 ..

After grouping into 4 we get
56+89+33+21=199
57+88+35+19=199
60+85+30+x=199
hence x=24
