Let the number of boys and girls at first be x and y
x/y = 6/5
5x = 6y
x = 6y/5

(x+8)/(y-2) = 11/7
7x + 56 = 11y - 22
42y/5 + 56 = 11y - 22
13/5*y = 78
y = 30

x = 36

Number of boys in the class at present = 36+8 = 44

let, the number of boys= x
girls=y
according to the given infromation, the ratio be-
x/y=6/5 ---------(1)
After joining of 8 boys and leave of 2 girls-
(x+8)/(y-2)=11/7 ............ (2)
By solving the equation (1) and (2), u'll get....
x=36 and for finding the final number of boys add 8,
So, the answer wil be 36+8=44.

MAY BE THE TIME TAKING PROCESS BUT ANS IS SURE CORRECT
B/G=6/5; (B+8)/(G-2)=11/7;
=>G=(5B/6); {(B+8)/[(5G/6)-2]}=11/7;
=>(6B+48)/(5B-12)=11/7;
=>42B+336=55B-132;
=>13B=468
=>B=36(ANS)

42x+56=55x-22

14x=78

x=78/14

x=6

6x= 6*6=36

6x+8=36+8=44

total boys= 44
